A smart move by SA’s golfing superstar Branden Grace has given Knysna Golf Club’s caddies a whole new look.
Branden, who’s currently playing on the PGA tour in America, had amassed a large amount of sponsored golf apparel that was surplus to requirements.
So, Branden (a KGC member in his youth), together with his coach Peter Berman of Knysna-based Scratch Golf, decided to put the clothing to good use in their home country with Peter arranging to have the colourful 30kg consignment shipped to Knysna.
To say that their generous gift was well received is an understatement!
